Contraceptive Guidelines, Best Practices & Updates: Considerations for Perimenopause

This training will explore the relationship between menopause, hormones, and contraception. Topics will include how physical and hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause contribute to common symptoms, like menstrual irregularities and sleep disturbances. Through a review of case studies, we will discuss clinic assessment approaches and focus on how various contraceptive methods can help manage symptoms while also supporting patients’ ongoing needs for pregnancy prevention.
